“LA SFORZATA” is a country house located within the farm which shares its name. Once owned by the counts of Provana in the fiefdom of Collegno as long ago as 1599, their descendents still own the nearby Castle of Provana.
Over the years, the Piumetto family moved their farming activities, livestock raising and grain cultivation, to “Cascina Sforzata”. Now that the renovations are complete, the family have opened their doors to all those who wish to experience a warm and informal welcome in an elegant and well- kept setting, in the Piedmontese countryside.

Eight self-contained apartments are available , 4 double room suites on the ground floor and 4 single rooms on upper level, which have breathtaking views of the Alps, from Monviso to Monte Rosa, and vistas of the Torino hills, from Superga to Colle della Maddalena.
The double room suites are each made up of a spacious living room, with a kitchen nook and a bedroom , whilst the single rooms all have wooden ceilings offering great views and wide windows.
All the apartments have double beds and double room suites can sleep up to four people thanks to sofa beds in the living room area. All the apartments feature air conditioning, TV and fully fitted kitchens with stoves, microwave ovens and dishwashers.
The furniture has been carefully chosen to offer a suitable mixture of traditional and modern styles, in order to provide maximum comfort for guests.
“COUNTRY HOUSE LA SFORZATA” is in the heart of Dora Riparia Agronatural Park, a large area of parkland at the gates of Torino..
“COUNTRY HOUSE LA SFORZATA” is also at the entrance of the Val Susa (home of the 2006 Winter Olympics), on a natural terrace looking out onto one of the bends of the Dora Riparia river, just 15 minutes from the centre of Torino.
“COUNTRY HOUSE LA SFORZATA” is the ideal getaway for all who seek a peaceful setting and contact with nature, without having to give up everyday comforts (Collegno's La Certosa mall is only 700 metres away).
